Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support the Team Leader in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise team members, uphold high standards, and drive store success.

You will manage customer experiences, merchandise, and inventory control, while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies as you support payroll, scheduling, and training functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following Crosby’s standards.
• Promote and assist customers with enrolling in My Crosby’s Rewards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
• Train, coach, and support store associates and schedule staff.
