Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment with exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise team members, uphold standards, and drive store success.

You will oversee guest experience, merchandise, inventory, and compliant operations while promoting My Crosby’s Rewards and engaging with customers to boost sales and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends
• Serve Safe certified preferred
• Valid driver’s license per company policy
• Reliable transportation for duties and meetings

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service
• Assist with store operations to maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and brand standards
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and payroll reporting
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance with regulations
