Job summary

Crosby’s is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations. In this role, you’ll support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You’ll play a key role in supervising team members, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. This position is based in Buffalo, NY.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Assist with overseeing daily store operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Support cash handling, deposits, and payroll processing.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
