Crosby’s Stores in Erie, PA is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store success under the Team Leader.

You will supervise team members, maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, and ensure compliance with food safety, tobacco, alcohol, and company regulations. This role offers growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Oversee daily store operations to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, payroll processing, and reporting.
