Job summary

Designer Brands in Wheaton, MD is seeking a store leadership-focused professional to support management in customer service, merchandising, omni activities and all inventory- related actions to drive sales and results.

You will partner with the management team to understand daily/weekly/monthly store priorities, participate in merchandise placement, fulfillment and store recovery, and help monitor policy compliance and asset protection across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience and coach associate behaviors to meet KPI goals.
• Maintain store standards and execute daily open/close tasks.
• Review plans and ensure tasks are completed daily, weekly and monthly.
• Support inventory, omni activities and asset protection processes.
