Job summary

Designer Brands in Minnesota is seeking a Store Lead to support the daily operations and drive sales. You will partner with store management to deliver exceptional customer service, merchandise placement, and inventory control across the sales floor.

Responsibilities include leading by example, maintaining store standards, and coordinating open/close procedures while assisting with scheduling and payroll. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching associates to achieve store goals and KPIs.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining store standards and completing daily tasks.
• Review and communicate action plans to complete tasks daily/weekly/monthly.
• Improve metric-based goals by analyzing progress and communicating updates.
• Increase sales by leveraging inventory reports for better presentations.
• Ensure execution of audits, donations, transfers, and damages procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate inventory activities including freight, placement, markdowns, MOOS.
• Support omni activities such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
• Submit supply needs to maintain operations across the business.
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and associates; report issues.
• Assist in labor management including scheduling and payroll.
