POP MART Georgetown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a premier customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, and oversee inventory, merchandising, and safety.

This role requires coaching brand ambassadors and ensuring POP MART’s premium brand standards are reflected on the shop floor. You will contribute to achieving KPIs, coach staff, and promote a customer-first culture while supporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and performance metrics to drive results.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
