You will supervise daily store operations, assist customers, handle cash, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, 1+ year in sales or cash handling, and a commitment to our core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year(s) sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store management or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and assist with deposits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
