CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador across the Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, regulatory compliance, and accurate cash handling.

The successful candidate will educate customers on product options, handle transactions, and work with store leadership to maintain store performance and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager when unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales and cash handling in line with regulations and procedures.
• Balance daily cash, transactions, and reconcile discrepancies.
