Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with general questions or applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with regulations.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and manage deposits; ensure accuracy and security.
• Balance daily receipts and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings and related duties as assigned.
