Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Yukon, OK to act as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store.

You will supervise daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires strong customer service and cash handling skills, ability to train staff, manage inquiries, and support district operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year sales, customer service, and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries for general questions, customer applications, requests, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and explain possible solutions to customers.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree.
• Other duties as assigned.
