Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license & auto insurance.
• Ability and willingness to embrace core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district/corporate when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawer, and assist with deposits.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Complete required compliance trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
