Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office when unresolved.
• Answer phone inquiries for questions, applications, or other issues.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions clearly to ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Use active listening to confirm details and diffuse complaints.
• Handle cash, manage drawer, deposits, and bank pickups as required.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and complete transactions per policy.
• Comply with laws and company policies; complete trainings on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
