You will be the frontline brand ambassador, ensuring outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence across our family of brands, including Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, and Cash Store. Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, handling cash and deposits, and processing various financial transactions while staying compliant with federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred.
• 1+ year in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Answer calls and assist with applications and inquiries.
• Perform outbound calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete trainings.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance receipts.
