HomeGoods in the USA is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead as needed. This role alternates with the Coordinator, requiring open availability including nights and weekends. You will model exceptional customer service and guide Associates to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include ensuring coverage, coaching staff, and upholding safety, policies, and procedures. Strong communication and problem‑solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to coach and delegate to Associates
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty following company policies
• Maintains Associate coverage for service areas
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are followed
• Communicates priorities to Management and Associates
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on training needs
• Supports shrink reduction programs
• Promotes safety and a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
