Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support leadership and store operations in Hoffman Estates, IL. The role alternates with the Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and exceptional customer service.

You will help manage shifts, coach Associates, ensure policies are followed, and support opening/closing procedures while maintaining a positive store environment and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Communicates priorities to Management and Associates with progress updates
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates
• Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor laws and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
