Lids in Scranton seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance. As Manager on duty, you’ll handle scheduling, discipline, and staffing to keep the store running smoothly.

You will implement merchandising standards, operate store systems, train staff, and uphold company policies while delivering a fun, inclusive, and results-driven shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in a professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps with verbal and written warnings when needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and uphold Brand Standards.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing, including covering shifts during peaks.
