Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando, FL. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while coaching a team of associates.

Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, merchandising, cash handling, and staff training to meet company standards and achieve business goals. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store standards, merchandise presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and safety compliance.
• Train and develop store staff and support recruitment.
