Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience. You will mentor team members, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs, manage opening/closing routines, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment that reflects the Lids brand across our Florida locations.
