Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Chicago. You will lead daily store operations, coach a team, and drive the selling strategy to meet KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong leadership, merchandising, and cash-handling experience.

You will be responsible for staff scheduling, training, and maintaining a professional store environment, with a focus on customer experience and brand standards.
