MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Austin, TX who will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, maintain merchandising standards, and drive sales performance.

You will participate in recruitment, scheduling, inventory control, and loss prevention, while ensuring compliance with company policies. Flexibility to travel between locations and weekends is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores as needed and to travel between locations.
