Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Lead and coach Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote the store membership program and build loyalty to boost sales.
• Help manage inventory, shipments, damages and returns; ensure stock levels.
• Support recruitment, training, staffing, and retention of store talent.
• Ensure policy adherence, scheduling, and compliance with Miniso handbook guidelines.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide feedback to improve store condition.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention on shrink and safety initiatives.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and the sales floor remains safe.
