Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ year of retail management with team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to relocate or travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales targets.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Drive customer engagement and membership sign-ups to boost loyalty and sales.
• Support inventory management, shipments, damages, and returns.
• Assist in staff recruiting, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, with attention to compliance and cash handling.
• Support administrative tasks and loss prevention efforts with the Store Manager.
• Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and safeguard assets.
