Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Austin, TX to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to KPIs, store standards, and cashiering while promoting the store's membership program.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory retail experience, solid leadership, and strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and support sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure proper stock levels with visual updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager as needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude and energetic environment aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
