MINISO USA Shift Leader position in Austin, TX supports the Store Manager with daily operations, cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising and customer engagement. Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and store appearance.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Support promotions and store events.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to company policies.
• Manage cash handling and daily financial tasks.
• Maintain stock levels and complete visual merchandising updates.
• Engage customers to promote MINISO membership program.
