Job summary

Casey's is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a high- performing team and serve guests with pride. You will drive sales, ensure clean, well-stocked stores, and coach Team Members in Casey’s values and processes.

The role oversees labor, inventory, and daily operations while partnering with leadership to meet KPIs and protect assets. A leadership presence is expected during varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members, coaching them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours, events, and peak times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, counts, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure Team Members complete required trainings.
