Casey’s Store Manager position is a leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence in a Casey’s store. You will lead a team, manage daily store activities, and drive sales while maintaining Casey’s CARES values and community focus.

You will oversee hiring, training, and coaching of team members, ensure safe and compliant operations, and partner with district leadership to implement action plans that improve store performance.

• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to achieve goals.

Responsabilités

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events, with updated scheduling.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, orders, and inventory; ensure asset protection processes are followed.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure team members complete required trainings.
