Job summary

lululemon stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the retail operation, ensuring world-class guest experiences and a culture of belonging. You will hire, develop and coach team members, drive merchandising and inventory, and manage budgets and labor to meet store targets.

You will partner with local ambassadors and community stakeholders to raise brand presence while ensuring compliance with company values.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• 1 year people management experience (including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable to performance expectations)
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and management of labor hours and managing projects or processes

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive team environment and culture.
• Establish a vision for the store and cascade it to all team members.
• Oversee hiring to build a diverse team.
• Provide feedback, coaching and development to team members.
• Address employee concerns and escalate when needed.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences on the floor and coach others to do so.
• Direct in-store teams to optimize guest experience and store operations.
• Foster brand awareness through community partnerships and local initiatives.
• Drive visual merchandising, product strategy, inventory counts, and deliveries.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store planning including budget and labor.
• Manage store P&L in line with goals.
• Move from floor to leadership to address business needs and coach staff.
• Adhere to safety policies and applicable laws.
• Accountable for controllable budget, labor hours, and annual sales plan target.
• Lead and manage all other store leadership roles; oversee hiring/terminations of store employees.
