Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Store Supervisor in Holmes, PA to oversee day-to-day branch activities, drive service excellence and ensure compliance with policies. You will manage teller, platform and customer escalations, while coaching the team to deepen customer relationships and meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead others.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teller and platform teams to deliver service and advice.
• Coach staff and manage customer relations and escalations.
