Job summary

TD Bank, N.A. Havertown location is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of tellers and service colleagues, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will drive customer service, sales objectives and risk management in a fast-paced banking environment. Ideal candidates bring multiple years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
• Manage teller operations, platform duties and customer escalations.
• Ensure adherence to TD Bank policies, procedures and risk controls.
• Support store objectives in driving customer relationships and advisory conversations.
