Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Store Supervisor in Holmes, PA to lead the teller and front-line teams, drive sales, and ensure compliant operations. The role requires strong people leadership, financial literacy and the ability to resolve escalations in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will coach staff, promote TD products, and deliver legendary customer experiences while maintaining security and accuracy in daily transactions. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience in customer service or sales.
• Notary License preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet policies, procedures and risk controls.
• Lead, coach and develop the teller, platform and front-line team.
• Monitor workflows and delegate tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Engage customers with proactive sales and advisory conversations.
• Manage cash handling, vaults and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
