Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives and deliver legendary customer and colleague experience.
• Provides day-to-day leadership and direction for personalized service and advice activities within TD regulatory guidelines.
• Leads complex sales advice activities involving multiple systems and partners.
• Delivers end-to-end financial advice to customers, highlighting product features based on needs.
• Drives advisory behaviors and coaching to meet daily/quarterly/annual goals.
