Job summary

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required or preferred.
Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Sales and Operational Management skills are needed; ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day service, sales and operational objectives in the Store.
Grow and deepen customer relationships by delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales and advice.
Provide day-to-day leadership on teller line or platform with informed decision-making.
Drive advisory activities and referrals while ensuring compliance and customer experience.
