TD Bank is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Dover, NH. The role leads a team of advice and service colleagues to deliver TD's model of convenience, sales and advice, focused on building trusted relationships and delivering a personalized, connected banking experience for our customers.

The role combines leadership over teller-line and platform activities with day-to-day decision making, while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Notary License (Preferred); active NMLS registration required

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to ensure personalized service and compliance.
• Coach advisory team on product and service knowledge.
• Deliver end-to-end customer financial guidance and referrals.
• Manage store operations and ensure audits compliance.
• Develop community presence and TD brand in the market
