TD Bank in Boston, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a service and sales team on the teller line and platform. You will drive customer relationships, deliver TD’s model of convenience and advice, and manage day-to-day operational goals.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing or sales roles, leadership experience, and knowledge of banking products. This position is on-site with a 40-hour work week and competitive pay.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
• Demonstrated organization, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
• Shows proficiency with expense management.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire to be able to engage in conversations with customers about loan products, facilitates the application intake.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues in achieving individual and Store objectives.
• Provides day-to-day team leadership to ensure effective delivery of service and advice while maintaining compliance.
• Oversees complex sales/advisory activities involving multiple steps and systems.
• Delivers end-to-end advice and information/tools for financial management to customers.
• Drives and reinforces advisory capabilities and proactive product recommendations.
• Ensures strong knowledge of local market, offers, and economic trends to support advice.
• Coaches the team on advice giving strategies and product/service knowledge.
• Manages daily store operations including teller and platform activities and risk controls.
• Establishes work direction and ownership for delivering advice and meeting objectives.
• Supports referrals and lead management to drive business growth.
• Maintains safe and compliant store environment and adheres to policies.
