TD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Agawam, MA to lead a team in delivering service, sales, and operations. You will grow customer relationships by applying TD’s model of convenience, sales and advice, delivering a personalized experience.

You will guide day-to-day operations on the teller line and platform, coach staff, and ensure compliance while meeting store objectives and providing superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
