Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Store Manager in Omaha to lead daily store operations and deliver high quality service. You will oversee open/close procedures, work orders, and cash handling while guiding staff scheduling and performance coaching.

The role focuses on achieving KPIs, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering world class customer service across all store activities. A strong retail/service background and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset with supervisory skills.
• Experience in retail or service centers and ability to schedule staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic operations software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure high quality service.
• Manage opening/closing, work orders, and cash handling.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Drive KPI targets and safety/compliance in the store.
