Old Navy is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and drive the store business plan. You will lead performance, manage operations, merchandising, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach Assistant Managers and Associates, execute store strategy, and lead the team in the GM's absence, ensuring high sales growth and a dynamic, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.

• Lead customer-centric strategies to deliver results and store sales.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop and lead managers and employees.
