Job summary

Old Navy, part of Gap Inc., seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in creating and executing the store business plan. You will lead a high-performing team across customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development to drive profitable sales and a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach Assistant Managers and Leads, ensure SOP adherence, manage scheduling and development, and represent the brand while promoting community involvement.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (2-4 years) in a store setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Build effective teams and drive a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop and lead a team of managers and employees.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent SOP execution.
