Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through store operations, merchandising and talent development, collaborating with the General Manager to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates toward high performance.

You will oversee strategic actions to maximize efficiency, ensure SOPs are followed, and represent the brand while staying aware of the retail landscape.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communicator with customers and team.
• Passionate about retail and fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to meet business goals.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
