Old Navy is seeking an Assistant General Manager in New York to partner with the General Manager in executing and maintaining the store business plan. You will drive profitable sales through customer operations, merchandising and talent development, mentoring Assistant Managers and Brand Associates to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will lead teams, manage performance, and ensure store scope aligns with brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of retail management experience.
• A good communicator who can interact with customers and team to meet goals.
• Able to coach and mentor others to learn and grow.
• Strong time management to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.

• Build effective teams and drive a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Support the execution of performance goals and developmental plans for store team.
• Recruit, hire, onboarding, develop and lead a team of managers and employees.
• Be accountable for team performance and provide feedback to build capabilities.
• Lead the team in the absence of the General Manager.
