Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead the sales team by example, delivering Vuori's brand values through deep product knowledge and a positive, energetic attitude. You will create unforgettable customer experiences, own the sales floor, and coach the team to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining inventory and store standards across daily operations.

Base pay ranges from $85,500 to $106,260 annually with potential commission and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Availability for morning and/or evening shifts, 8 hours, 5 days/week, at least one weekend day.
• Proven leadership in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates experiences and handles concerns proactively.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritise customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Build relationships by following up on purchases and inviting to events.
• Lead inventory and shipments with store leadership on daily operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
