Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead the sales team by example and embody Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook. You will drive customer experiences and team performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and managing inventory, shipments, and daily store operations under regional guidance. A dynamic leader with strong communication and ownership is ideal.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening shifts, 8-hour days, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must lead by example with punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates experiences and proactively handles concerns.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience with the sales team.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Assist with fitting rooms, sizes, and honest feedback on merchandise.
• Build relationships by following up on purchases and events.
• Stay knowledgeable on new products and best sellers and share insights with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team to meet goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Keep inventory informed to support business goals.
• Lead shipments, inventory management, and store upkeep.
