Job summary

Vuori, Inc is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead the sales team by example, delivering Vuori's brand values through expert product knowledge and a positive attitude. You will ensure outstanding customer experiences and drive sales on the floor and in the fitting room.

You will manage shipments, inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations, while motivating the team to achieve goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for active-wear fashion.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, 1 weekend day minimum.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ownership, accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and ensure each customer gets the best experience.
• Own the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
• Assist fitting rooms, sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Build relationships by following up on purchases and events.
• Be knowledgeable on new products and best sellers and share with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team to meet goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and active-wear to advise customers.
• Lead store operations like shipments, inventory, and merchandising.
