Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead the store team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will mentor staff, maintain the sales floor, and communicate Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive attitude.

You’ll lead daily store operations, motivate the team to hit sales goals in a team-based environment, and stay current on product trends to serve customers as an expert. This role supports a fast-paced, active-wear retail setting.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable customer experiences by engaging customers and sharing product knowledge.
• Lead the sales floor and team when the Store Manager is not in.
• Restock, maintain visuals, and manage inventory on a daily basis.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
