Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead the retail sales team by example, embodying Vuori’s brand values and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will own daily store operations, drive sales, manage shipments and inventory, and develop relationships with customers while upholding high standards of service and teamwork. Base pay ranges from $76,000 to $107,000 yearly, with potential incentive earnings.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Take ownership of the sales floor and sales team to ensure customer experience is the first priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers through follow-ups and events invitations.
• Be knowledgeable on what's new and what's selling well, sharing with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve goals in a team-based environment.
• Seek product knowledge in fashion and active-wear to serve as an expert.
• Lead projects while focusing on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Oversee shipments and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, and team management.
• Maintain store upkeep, restocking, merchandising, re-ticketing and cleaning.
• Uphold safety and protocol during opening/closing and daily operations.
• Encourage punctuality and role clarity under Regional Manager guidance.
