Job summary

Vuori is a California-based athletic apparel brand redefining style and performance for an active lifestyle. We seek a Retail General Manager to lead the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold Vuori’s brand standards with enthusiasm and ownership.

You will manage daily store operations, develop relationships with customers, train staff, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring stock, visuals and events align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience
• Own the sales floor and lead the sales team to prioritize customer experience
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, provide feedback on merchandise style and fit
• Forge lasting relationships with customers via follow-up on purchases and events
• Stay knowledgeable on what's new and best-sellers and share with customers and team
• Motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals in a commission environment
• Lead inventory and shipments; manage store operations
• Maintain store visuals, re-ticketing and cleaning; follow safety standards
• Encourage punctuality and role accountability daily
