Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead store teams and drive sales performance. You’ll coach sales specialists, manage daily operations, and set targets to ensure outstanding customer experiences while promoting the brand and its wireless products and services.

You will partner with the General Manager on merchandising, staffing, and quota attainment, delivering growth through coaching and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balancing multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the floor.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team and monitor progress.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve selling skills and quota attainment.
• Oversee store operations including staffing, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Ensure compliance, handle cash and reporting, and open/close procedures.
