Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach sales specialists, develop talent, and help meet sales targets while overseeing daily operations and merchandising.

In this role you will set goals, analyze performance, and ensure strong store up-time. You will model excellent service, train staff, and contribute to a collaborative, energetic environment that rewards achievement and growth.

Qualifications

• Background in retail or wireless customer service preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Resolve customer issues and guide daily operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store compliance.
• Open/close store duties and ensure uptime.
