Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or wireless environment preferred.
• 1-2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

• Able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Take direction from store leader on daily operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify selling skill gaps and implement development plans.
• Oversee store operations, including staffing, finances, and compliance.
• Maintain inventory, security, and store cleanliness.
• Lead merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Complete store opening and closing activities.
• Share collective accountability for achieving targets.
